When you reach level 400, you can't level up further; this is because you need to complete the level 3 evolution quest.
But first, you must complete Marlon's quest. The only classes that don't need to complete this quest are Magic Gladiator, Dark Lord, and Grow Lancer.
Marlon can be found in Lorencia, Devias, Noria, and Atlans.
